SEC Theory PCT International Patent Application Filed (PCT/KR2025/095421)

PCT International Patent Application: PCT/KR2025/095421 (Filing Date: 2025.06.16)
Title of Invention: High Temperature Superconductor Modelling Method Based on Superconducting Electronic Crystals

ree

This invention represents Hyunsung TNC’s original theory, introducing the Superconducting Electron Crystal (SEC) concept to explain the high-temperature superconducting mechanism that could not be fully described by the conventional BCS theory.

The SEC theory proposes that superconductivity arises through the formation of Cooper pairs facilitated by periodic modulations of electron density, forming an electron crystal structure that interacts with phonons to induce superconducting properties.

The SEC theory has, for the first time globally, demonstrated the ability to predict the transition temperature (Tc) of high-temperature superconductors. It enables quantitative predictions of superconducting behaviors through mathematical modeling (extended TDGL equations), nanoscale analysis (STM/STS), and simulation methods, opening a novel approach to directly design superconducting compositions.

With this theory, the design of new superconducting materials exhibiting superconductivity even at ambient temperatures becomes a promising possibility, potentially marking a major breakthrough in the commercialization of superconductors.

Hyunsung TNC has completed the international patent application for this technology and is advancing toward global leadership as a superconducting design-manufacturing-platform company based on its SEC theory.
