Hyunsung TNC has entered into an advisory engagement with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (WSGR), a U.S.-based law firm specializing in global technology and venture-backed companies, to support its intellectual property (IP) protection and overall business strategy.

WSGR, headquartered in Silicon Valley, has extensive experience advising global Big Tech companies as
well as numerous deep-tech startups, across patent strategy, corporate structuring, investment and M&A, and IP dispute matters.

With the rapid advancement of AI technologies, competition in AI-driven superconductors and advanced materials is accelerating among global players such as Google, MS, Nvidia etc. This shift is driving both early patent positioning and increasing the likelihood of IP conflicts.

Hyunsung TNC is advancing superconducting material development based on its MEL (Modulated Electron Lattice) theory, while simultaneously building its core asset, the AI-driven superconducting design platform, SuperMatics™. The Company has filed international patent applications (PCT) for these technologies and is actively pursuing an IP-driven commercialization strategy.

Through this engagement with WSGR, Hyunsung TNC is systematically advancing:

  • Global patent strategy development for MEL-based superconducting theory and SuperMatics™ algorithms
  • Proactive management of IP risks in the AI-driven materials ecosystem
  • Structuring of Design IP and licensing-based business models
  • Establishment of a legal foundation for global investment and strategic partnerships

By leveraging a legal advisory framework comparable to that used by global Big Tech companies, Hyunsung TNC is better positioned to respond strategically to potential IP competition and disputes. This engagement is expected to strengthen the Company’s IP protection capabilities and enhance its overall negotiation leverage.

Hyunsung TNC will continue to advance both its technology development and IP strategy, further strengthening its position as a global IP-driven company spanning superconducting materials and AI-based design platforms.
